Has been a dance instructor for over 5 years teaching dancers of all ages. After having a child and trying to get fit Markesha became discouraged with the normal workout routine. She felt like results were not coming fast enough, and it was too boring for her. She began dancing and to her amazement the weight just started falling off. Markesha decided that she would love to help other women like herself. She then began teaching HIP-HOP REDEFINED
